For their flagship burger recipe, Hardin et al. admitted that he did not follow any burger recipe, aka created his own creation. The background of the three of them having worked in a restaurant, indirectly trains their taste buds in evaluating food. "The knowledge and experience that we have gained at work, plus our own taste, plus the experience of exploring and tasting all the burgers from burger restaurants throughout Jakarta, ultimately allows us to know which burgers are good, which ones are too many, which ones are expensive, etc. From there we try to compare, and create Burger Plan style burgers," Hardin added.
