2. Customer Completes Survey

After the email is received, customers will immediately receive a digital receipt which includes a survey. This survey contains two simple options:

  • Very Satisfying

  • Unsatisfactory

Apart from that, customers can also add reasons for their rating.

3. View Survey Results on the Dashboard

All survey results will be recorded automatically in the Webapp Dashboard → Customer Menu → Surveys. That way, business owners can monitor customer satisfaction without having to bother making manual records.
