The weather that afternoon was cloudy with occasional drizzle at the QTalks venue, Loophaus Cilandak. The Qasir team has been rushing to prepare this and that event since four in the afternoon. Understandably, the event is planned to start at 18.00 to 21.00. Inside the room, chairs for QTalks participants, chairs for speakers, a screen for displaying presentations, an audio system and several microphones are neatly arranged.

Around half past six, one by one the participants began to arrive and register. Several people we asked about where they got the information about the Qtalks event admitted that they "found out about it from social media" and "were told by friends." Most of the participants who came were employees who had side businesses. Only a few have become POS Qasir merchants, the rest are general participants who are really interested in the theme and speakers.

Who wouldn't be tempted to gain knowledge from three practitioners who are also experts in their fields in one event? FREE TOO! Let's just say, Mas Sonny Arca, owner and founder martabakorins, Mas Prabu Revolution, news anchor (TRANSTV, METRO TV and CNN Indonesia) who swerved to become a culinary entrepreneur Prabu Steak & Coffe, and Garjita Arumsari, Head Area Grabfood Jabodetabek area. The theme of this event is deliberately intended for micro entrepreneurs who are ready to take off as small or medium entrepreneurs: "How to Build a Business with Minimal Capital?"

At around six o'clock, Mas Prabu Revolution came with a glass of overseas franchise coffee in his hand. The style is relaxed, but still looks "weighty". That's how it is, people's style nowadays looks relaxed and tends to be effortless. When Mas Sonny Arca came, it was the same. For someone who already has 42 martabak outlets, his style looks very down to earth. Ms. Garjita, although her achievements in the world of business development cannot be underestimated, her demeanor is so humble and warm.

We started the event around almost 19.00. Missed the plan. We understand that it was difficult for the participants and speakers to arrive at 18.00 because the traffic in Jakarta and the weather were uncoordinatable.

When the event was about to start, the owner of the event, Agung Wiratama as Qasir Head Community and Event opened by giving a few words before giving leadership of the event to Ivan Hadwin, CEO Office Qasir. Ivan's calm, calm yet critical and insightful demeanor matched perfectly with our three speakers that evening.

The event has begun. The forty seats provided for participants were almost completely filled. For participants who could not attend Loophaus, Qasir and Miqro also broadcast this event live via IG Live.

Mas Sonny Arca is invited to tell the story first about how he built Martabak Orins from scratch, with minimal capital, in accordance with the theme that evening. Maybe many have heard Mas Sonny's story, but it's still even more amazing when we hear it ourselves, that Orins, which now has outlets everywhere, started from a small shop under the Gondangdia station bridge, and only had 3 employees. Martabak Pizza Orins started in 2011, not that long ago, but its success is what it is now.

Here Mas Sonny also tells us that innovation doesn't have to be grandiose, innovation can come from thoughts that may seem like small change. Because the idea for pizza martabak also came from Mas Sonny's own observations, how people like to scramble to choose just the bottom or even the top of a folded conventional martabak.

Mas Sonny also talked about the importance of management and supervision of product quality. To maintain uniform quality at each outlet, Orins has its own flour mixing kitchen, including selecting quality toppings. Mas Sonny also provides clear standards for the cooking process to packaging. That's why if you buy Orins martabak anywhere, it tastes the same!

The event continued with Mas Prabu Revolution who told the story of how he built his business. He entitled his presentation "My Entrepreneurial Journey began with Failure". Not many people know, that in 2002 he started his business by building a business in the Tech sector called Revolution Technology which built an AI Flight Operation System with the two largest airlines in Indonesia. However, in just two years, the founders "broke up". In 2004 he started his business again, but it didn't last long. Finally, in 2006 Prabu decided to pursue a career in journalism by becoming a News Presenter at TRANSTV, METROTV and then CNN Indonesia.

His business sense revived in 2012 by building a steak restaurant with his colleagues, most of whom were public figures. But unfortunately, due to poor management, the partnership broke up again, until finally Prabu built his own steak business under the name Prabu Steak and Coffee.

Currently there are two Prabu Steak and Coffee outlets, in Tebet and Kebayoran, but Prabu is also opening a healthy culinary business that aligns with his media business GoFit.

After Mas Prabu Revolution told about his business journey, it was Garjita Arumsari's turn to give tips on how to utilize existing digital platforms to streamline business. Garjita also encouraged entrepreneurs to get used to doing research when deciding to start a business. At least, from this research, we can know who our primary consumers are and who the secondary consumers are. So we know who our products will be sold to.

As the Jabodetabek market holder for food ordering platforms, Garjita revealed a little about the trends that are currently developing in our market. He also does not hesitate to provide tips on how to take advantage of trends combined with the rise of digital platforms that can be utilized. In this way, entrepreneurs, especially culinary entrepreneurs, can survive in today's digital era.

After the speakers' presentations, the event continued with a question and answer session. Uniquely, apart from questions originating from the moderator and participants present, the speaker also received several questions asked by entrepreneurs who watched this event on Live IG.

The event was exciting and warm, even though the air at that time was cold due to the weather plus the air conditioning which was getting more and more bone-chilling at night. At almost 21.00 the event ended and closed with the giving of mementos by C Levels Qasir to the speakers, a photo session and casual chatting (networking).

That evening it was not only the organizers who were happy and satisfied because the event went smoothly. Speakers and participants felt satisfied because they were able to give and receive valuable knowledge about building a business directly from experts in their fields. We learned a lot that night, especially knowledge that was very expensive, which I think will never be forgotten.

Thank you to all those who helped make the event run smoothly and memorable.
